Inhealion Terms of Service

Welcome to Inhealion. By accessing or using our products, software, or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Introduction

Inhealion provides wellness technology devices and supporting software, including BioHarmony Pro, for use in both personal and professional wellness applications. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Inhealion website, products, software, and services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Accounts and Access

You must register for an account to access the full functionality of our devices and software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Inhealion's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the services to engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.

5. Program Packs and Subscriptions

Individual users purchase program packs that are linked to their device and expire after 6 or 12 months based on the selected plan. Each pack operates independently. Professional users subscribe to plans that include access to multiple program packs and software features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Inhealion are the intellectual property of Inhealion and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Inhealion devices and software are wellness tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. No medical claims are made. You use the services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inhealion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our devices or software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a manner that could harm others or Inhealion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is part of the Terms of Service and outlines the responsibilities of Inhealion and professional users under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR -- Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Who This Applies To

This DPA applies to professional users (wellness practitioners, therapists, clinics) who use the Inhealion BioHarmony Pro software to collect, store, and manage client session data.

Roles Under GDPR

• Inhealion: Data Processor
• Professional User: Data Controller

Scope of Processing

Inhealion processes client data on behalf of professional users, including:

• Session history
• Program usage
• Client identifiers (e.g., initials, client ID)

Data is securely stored on encrypted cloud servers hosted within GDPR-compliant jurisdictions.

Security Measures

Inhealion implements:

• End-to-end encryption (at rest and in transit)
• Role-based access control
• Daily backups
• Periodic security audits

Data Subject Rights

Clients may request:

• Access to their stored data
• Data correction
• Export of session history
• Deletion of their records (via their practitioner)

Retention & Termination

Client data is retained during the subscription period. Upon termination:

• Data is deleted after 30 days unless requested otherwise
• Practitioners may export data before cancellation
